• By 1932 the SA had over 500,000 members.
• July 1932 elections: The Nazis won 230 seats in the Reichstag.
• 30 January 1933: President Hindenburg asked Hitler to become Chancellor.

2. Describe the reasons for the growth of support for the Nazi Party after the Wall Street Crash in 1929. (9 Marks)
